# In this Section:

In this section, we revisit the order of operations. Again, the order of operations tells us which operation to perform in which
order when faced with a problem that contains multiple operations. Specifically, in this section we will introduce problems with multiple operations that contain
integers. For example: -5 + 3 x -2 - (2 + 4 x -7). We generally use the acronym PEMDAS to remember the order of operations. PEMDAS: stands for parentheses (or grouping symbols)
, perform exponent operations, multiply or divide (from left to right), add or subtract (from left to right).
