Adding Integers:

When two or more integers have the same sign:

1. Find the absolute value of each number
2. Add the absolute values of the numbers
3. Attach the common sign to the answer

When two integers have different signs:

1. Find the absolute value of each number
2. Subtract the smaller absolute value away from the larger
3. Attach the sign of the number with the larger absolute value

When adding more than two integers:

1. Add all numbers with like signs
2. Use the rule above to add two integers with different signs
